We are looking for a receptionist responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive first impression. Coordinate dispatches both internal and external.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all calls are transferred to their respective destination
- Greet all visitors and ensure that all visitors’ access to the office are well logged
- Log, follow up and monitor processes and maintain databases where applicable
- Ensure that reception area and visitors’ lounge is always kept clean and tidy
- Escalate any issues to the line manager and acts upon instruction
- Ensure that all dispatches are properly logged in the respective log book (Internal and External)
- Be the point of contact for queries, requests and complaints when applicable
- Follow up till closure of complaints
- Update weekly tracker
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC holder
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Customer focus and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Team oriented person
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver results within deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem solving
