We are in the Catering activities and looking for immediate recruitment. We are certified HACCP and is located near the airport.

Main responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and improve the Food Safety Management System from the central kitchen the Retailing Units.
• Conduct internal food safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Support Business Units during external food safety audits.
• Carry out supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Deliver food safety training sessions as required.
• Proactively contribute to the continual improvement process.
• Any Other cognate duties by the Management.

Qualifications and profile:

• Degree holder in food safety or any other equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a food industry with working knowledge implementing HACCP.
