We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR & Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AGViperTex and be comfortable managing administrative duties as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using AGViperTex.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and issuing Memo.
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee`s information.
- Assist the HR team to ensure the smooth running of Attendance System.
- Ensure rostering is available on AGVipertex for the coming week.
- Ensure overtime approval, finalisation and accept process is completed for the previous day.
- All changes done to payroll Masterfile should reflect on AGVipertex.
- Enter and update payroll data in the software.
- Maintain a record of employees’ annual and sick leaves.
- Ensure that there are no discrepancies in the payroll activities.
- Any other cognate duties
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or any equivalent certificate.
- Proven experience in HR and payroll functions.
- Mandatory: Working knowledge of AG ViperTex system.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good command of English and French (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary Range – Negotiable upon qualification & experience.
