•Assist the Rooms Division Manager in the supervision of all aspects of daily Front Office operations.
•Work in collaboration with the RDM to ensure that all SOPs are being adhered.
•Conduct the systematic appraisal of all FO employees together with the RDM
•Assist RDM in the systematic training of all FO employees by conducting on-the-job training and doing coaching for their development
•Ensure that Rostering of Staff is done to have a smooth operations
•Providing fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests.
•Handle guests complains in an efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction .
•Develop career plan and set objectives for the team
•Adhere to Health & safety / Emergency & Security policies of the hotel
•Ensure that all aspects of Front Office operations are as per established standards.
•Produce all administrative and statistical reports as requested by the Rooms Division Manager/Hotel Manager/General Manager
•Ensure that all complaints are immediately followed up on and communicated to the relevant departments and resolved within 24 hours
•Maintain constant follow up and monitoring of guest account balance
•Ensure that all front office staff demonstrate proactive and enthusiastic guest care
•Ensure that a complete and updated guest history system is maintained
•Ensure that team members always action all procedures as per the SOPs
•Ensure that structured handovers and briefing are carried out for each shift
•Do any cognate duties as requested
