Field Service Technician / Service Engineer
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently according to manufacturer standards.
- Provide technical support to end users both remotely and on-site.
- Deliver basic user training to operators as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and report issues or feedback to the technical team.
- Follow company and industry health & safety guidelines during all service interventions.
