  • Assist in the preparation and management of documents such as contracts, letters, and onboarding kits

  • Help maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copy files)

  • Assist in organizing training sessions, events, and HR initiatives

  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day functions

  • Respond to routine staff queries or direct them to the appropriate HR contact

  • Help with drafting internal communications such as memos and notices

  • Assist in filing and organizing HR documents in accordance with confidentiality and data protection policies


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
