Assist in the preparation and management of documents such as contracts, letters, and onboarding kits
Help maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copy files)
Assist in organizing training sessions, events, and HR initiatives
Provide administrative support in day-to-day functions
Respond to routine staff queries or direct them to the appropriate HR contact
Help with drafting internal communications such as memos and notices
Assist in filing and organizing HR documents in accordance with confidentiality and data protection policies
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
