We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Admin to join our team. In this role, the chosen candidate will help the Supply Chain team with some important daily tasks.
Duties and responsibilities:
Purchase Orders on the system
Transfers on the system
Filing of documents for each order placed (both soft and hard copies)
MFISH permit and clearance applications
Counting/Unstuffing report for receptions of items
Regularly issue list of items to warehouse for stock take
Vehicles papers (to follow and organize renewals)
Vehicles maintenance to coordinate
Attendance and overtime records of Warehouse team
Any other relevant tasks that might be required
The ideal candidate should be IT literate and preferably living in the North.
