You will assist and report to the Senior Administrator for managing a portfolio of companies for the day-to-day administration and company secretarial work of clients’ entities.
You shall support the administrative team to ensure that the entities in the portfolio comply with all applicable codes, including their respective legal and statutory requirements.

Previous Management Company experience will be advantageous. Experience in filings with the FSC, CBRIS etc will be beneficial.
