Are you passionate about the audiovisual industry and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Administration Officer to join our team and support both the operations and administrative processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and pitch decks for client meetings.

  • Provide administrative support for commercial correspondence and documentation.

  • Send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Support the sales team in client communication, proposals, and commercial documentation.

  • Maintain and update client databases, contact lists, and project tracking sheets.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Prepare reports, budgets, and summaries as requested.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, mail, calls).

  • Draft and organise documentation, including contracts and internal memos.

Financial & Accounting Coordination

  • Prepare payment requisitions and scan all related receipts or proofs of payment, ensuring proper filing on the server.

  • Assist in documenting and tracking payments and expenses in coordination with the team.

  • Follow up on supplier queries and ensure timely communication.

  • Collaborate with the external finance team for bookkeeping and monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Support end-of-month and year-end financial closing processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of accounting or finance processes is an asset.

  • Experience with tools such as Zoho or similar software is a plus.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Team spirit with the ability to work independently.

  • Interest in media, television, or entertainment sectors is a plus.
