Agriterra is looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate to fulfil the role of Compliance and Sustainability Officer.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Certification Standards – Ensure compliance with Bonsucro and Industry sustainability protocols.
• Provide Technical Support and Training – Educate teams on certification requirements and best practices.
• Monitor Compliance and Reporting – Conduct internal audits, manage data, and track sustainability performance.
• Engage Stakeholders – Foster collaboration and promote the value of certification.
• Manage Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records and report on sustainability progress.
• Build Strategic Partnerships – Strengthen relationships with key industry players to enhance impact.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience working with sustainability standards or certification processes.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and standards, particularly in agriculture or energy management.
