Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing and executing test scenarios, and verifying that our products meet both client expectations and industry standards. Through structured testing and clear documentation, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and success of our solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Testing

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to design effective test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios across various phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing to validate system behavior and business logic.
• Document test results and ensure traceability of test coverage against requirements.

Defect Management

• Identify, log, and track software defects with clear and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor defect status and participate in regular follow-ups to ensure proper handling and escalation when needed.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials for new functionalities.
• Provide training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders, ensuring proper understanding of delivered features.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the functionalities tested.
