We are looking for dymanic Production Assistant to join our team !

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To trace, cut paper or any raw materials for pattern making for the fabrication of boxes or any other type of container.
• To pack in appropriate boxes/ containers finished products (Senteur, Sel de bain etc.)
• To cut and insert stickers on boxes/containers in a proper manner and as instructed by the Management.
• To record all raw materials used on production sheet and stock card.
• To keep record of all finished goods on stock card.
• To seek the approval of the Production Supervisor prior to the issuing of purchase orders.
• To ensure that all in-coming goods purchased are counted and checked in order to verify that same quality and quantity of products have been delivered and tally with suppliers invoice.
• To liaise with Production Section for items (e.g. soaps, sac en jute) to be required to complete orders from clients.
• To help other Production staff as and when required by the Management.
• To maintain good workplace hygiene to avoid health hazard.
• To ensure that your place of work is clean and tidy before leaving work.
• To perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by Management.

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Previous experience in a production environment is a plus.
• SC or equivalent qualification.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
