Sales and Marketing Manager – Real Estate Development

Are you a strategic thinker with proven leadership in property sales and marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies for our premium residential development in Mauritius.

The Company

The Role

This senior role combines sales leadership with strategic marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee all sales activities for our off-plan residential development, lead client engagement, develop marketing campaigns, and manage the overall positioning and visibility of our project. You will work closely with senior management, legal advisors, marketing agencies, and prospective buyers to drive sales performance and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, refine, and lead the execution of the existing sales and marketing strategy for residential developments.
  • Oversee the full sales journey and guide digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads.
  • Manage client engagement, including presentations and follow-ups to enhance conversion.
  • Lead ongoing marketing content, including brochures, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Evaluate and manage partnerships with agents, wealth managers, and promotional platforms to reach high-value prospects.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and campaigns aligned with project timelines and brand positioning.
  • Track market trends and report on sales pipeline, client feedback, and marketing performance to inform strategic decisions.

 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably within off-plan or residential developments, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns. They will demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of buyer behaviour, pricing strategies, and real estate market positioning is essential. The role also requires solid organisational and project management capabilities, fluency in both English and French, and proficiency in CRM systems and marketing software tools.
