IBL Energy, a leading provider of energy management, advisory, and export solutions in Mauritius and Africa, is expanding its electric mobility segment. We are looking for a proactive Sales (Support) Representative to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first voice our clients hear—by phone, WhatsApp,Website or social platforms
- Engage with both loyal subscribers and new inquiries
- Coordinate closely with the Technical Sales Manager to advance leads and prospects
- Draft tailored proposals and track KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support social media management.
- Retain customers and build customer loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Admin
- 2+ years in a client-facing or sales support role
- Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
- Hands-on with Excel, Power BI, or AI tools
- Service-driven background
