We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our products, services, and processes meet established standards and customer expectations.

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations, and help embed a quality-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and all applicable regulations, specifications, and subscribed programs.
  • Monitor and report on all processes, procedures, and work instructions for quality compliance.

Internal Audits & Reporting

  • Develop internal auditing tools and conduct regular internal audits.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and follow up on findings to ensure closure and improvement.

Data-Driven Quality Improvements

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans based on findings.

Corrective & Preventive Actions

  • Monitor corrective actions from audits, management reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure timely implementation and effectiveness of these actions.

Inspections & Quality Assurance Reviews

  • Conduct inspections and routine reviews to verify compliance with quality objectives.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities.

Policy & Process Development

  • Assist in drafting and updating company policies, procedures, and quality objectives.
  • Support departments in aligning their operations with QMS requirements.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct or support training sessions on regulatory compliance, quality management, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement.

QMS Documentation

  • Maintain QMS documentation for the Operational Excellence Team.
  • Assist other departments in creating and maintaining quality documentation relevant to their functions.

Quality Culture Promotion

  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
  • Experience in auditing and data-driven quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
