To ensure customer satisfaction through effectively identifying customer needs and communicating them to the workshop staff hence fixing the job right, and to secure up selling of parts and accessories.

 

Job Description

To be responsible to the Service Manager / Body & Paint, for the effective running of the Workshop and delivery of Quality Service and more especially to:

1. follow the Seven Step Service Procedure;

2. take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time;

3. identify customer needs and delegate activities to each level concerned;

4. carefully plan the number of repairs to be done per day and wisely delegate duties to the technicians;

5. achieve Flat Rate Time, ensure that Quality Control Standards are met and that there is enough qualified staff to deliver the appropriate service;

6. diagnose vehicles after Technicians have perform repairs;

7. closely supervise administration of all warranty matters;

8. be constantly in close contact with the customers before, during and after service delivery;

9. to promote parts and accessories being sold by the company, hence securing up selling of these items:

10. carry out the service delivery to the customer with a high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated charges;

11. record findings and report feedback to Service Manager / Body & Paint Manager and to the Management;

12.  Prepare Estimate of Repairs for accidented vehicles

 

 

Qualifications/Skills/ Knowledge Required:

  • Holders of TSA Level 1 & 2 or other professional qualifications
  • good time management.
  • Be able to demonstrate customer relations skills and ability to communicate and determine customers needs for dealership’s parts and service capabilities based on features, advantages and benefits,
  • Have basic automotive knowledge and experience with administrative skills,
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office packages
  •  Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Course
  • At least  two years experience in Motor Industry
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven Selling skills
