The Transport Planning Officer will be responsible of the day to day routine of the people mobility across whole company .
Key Responsibilities
- Make optimum transport arrangements of employees for various sites
- Arrange transportation for employees between sites, offices, and accommodation
- Coordinate shuttle services, bus routes, and vehicle assignments
- Manage transportation schedules and route optimization
- Coordinate with transport providers and maintain service agreements
- Monitor transportation costs and optimize routes for efficiency
- Handle emergency transportation requests and contingency planning
Qualifications & Experience:
•HSC or equivalent
•At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably gained in the manufacturing or contracting industry
Other Requisites:
•Fully conversant with MS Excel
•Quick response for resolving operational issues and be on call after working hours
•Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
•Excellent organizational, inter-personal and communication skills
