We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our Commercial team.

 

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Grow profitable sales volume of PNL FMCG products.
  • Ensure the brand execution and visibility in his/her portfolio in the assigned channels.
  • Implement marketing and promotional plan as well as sales forecast of assigned brands.
  • Act as a liaison leader with key stakeholders and take appropriate actions to optimize the Route to Market Strategies and the in trade sales operations for the Category Cluster.
  • Supervise team of sales representatives in his/her cluster towards achieving the set qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Execute field visits as per set target.
  • Execute Customer Relationship Management as per Company policy.


PROFILE:

  • Degree in Sales Marketing and/or related field will be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years in key retail sales environment with an excellent knowledge of route to market and customer service, and proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Holder of a valid driving licence.
