We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our Commercial team.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Grow profitable sales volume of PNL FMCG products.
- Ensure the brand execution and visibility in his/her portfolio in the assigned channels.
- Implement marketing and promotional plan as well as sales forecast of assigned brands.
- Act as a liaison leader with key stakeholders and take appropriate actions to optimize the Route to Market Strategies and the in trade sales operations for the Category Cluster.
- Supervise team of sales representatives in his/her cluster towards achieving the set qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
- Execute field visits as per set target.
- Execute Customer Relationship Management as per Company policy.
PROFILE:
- Degree in Sales Marketing and/or related field will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years in key retail sales environment with an excellent knowledge of route to market and customer service, and proven track record of sales achievement.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
