The Junior Engineer shall take over the HVAC tasks and projects

Main duties and responsibilities:

 Assist in Preparation and follow up technical submittals such as Risk Assessment, 

Method Statement, Workshop Drawings, As Made Drawings, EFIs, RFAs, IRs, MARs,

Operations and Maintenance Manuals and other related technical survey reports / documentations.

 Assist in Preparation and follow up Contractual documentation such as Procurement Schedule, 

 CVIs, Variations and Cost Variance Schedule along with post project handover documents such 

as theclose out list during Defects Notification Period.

 Assist and/or Perform Site Inspections and Testing as per MS QA/QC Plan and project 

requirement.

 Assist in Quantity Take off for Procurement of Materials /
Equipment.

 Assist Site Management Team and QS Team to obtain accurate and reliable data for preparation 

of Interim Payment Applications

 Attend Site progress meeting and prepare brief Notes of Meeting
for record and follow up.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or similar qualification
• Experience: min 3-4years in similar post
