Store Attendant

The Store Attendant is responsible for collecting the correct parts as per picking list drawn by salesman and deliver sales counter for delivery as quickly as possible and to provide support to the store section.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To collect the correct parts as per picking list drawn by salesman and deliver sales counter for delivery as quickly as possible
• Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the store section
• Provide support by shelving, inputting and counting incoming parts in the right location both physically and on the system.
• To ensure that all parts entering and leaving store premises are verified
• Ensure that inventories are performed in the store on a daily basis.
• To properly maintain inventory records in file.
• Check parts before shelving
• Check all relevant documents related to the transfer of parts and accessories

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE:

• SC / HSC
• Knowledge in motor vehicle mechanic would be a plus
• Knowledge of Store operations and parts would be an advantage
• Min 1 – 3 years of working experience in a similar position (Preferably in a warehouse environment)
• IT literate
