We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Draughtsperson to join our dynamic team. 
As a Building Draughtsperson at Transinvest Construction Ltd, you will play a crucial role in translating 
architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans. You will work closely with our design 
and engineering teams to ensure that our projects are executed with precision and accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out measurements: concrete, steel, formwork, finishes, etc. under the supervision 
   of an engineer. 
• Create detailed drawings under the supervision of an engineer. 
• Verify and control plans to ensure their compliance with standards. 
• Convert sketches made by the engineer into technical plans. 
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand 
   project requirements. 
• Stay up to date with industry software and best practices for drafting and design.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Building Draughtsperson, with a strong portfolio of 
   building projects. 
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles. 
• Strong attention to details and accuracy in drafting. 
• Proficiency in reading various types of plans, including architectural, structural, and M&E.  
• Ability to analyse technical documents related to construction projects and meet deadlines. 
• Understanding technical documentation pertaining to construction procedures and materials. 
• Excellent communication (Creole, English, French) and teamwork skills. 
• Relevant degree or certification in architectural drafting or a related field is a plus. 
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD/CAD software
