Sales Person
As a Sales person, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and promote the sale of pet products within the store. You will interact with customers, offer assistance, and ensure their needs are met. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales area. Your duties include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Recommending and selling pet products based on customer needs.
- Providing information about various pet products, including food, toys, and accessories.
- Restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Keeping the sales area clean and presentable.
- Answering customer inquiries about products.
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low stock.
- Educating customers on pet care and nutrition.
- Ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
A successful Salesman should possess good communication skills, and have a customer-focused approach to sales.
Qualifications:
- Min SC (Grade 5)
- Min 1 year experience
