Manage daily operation of the restaurant to ensure delivery of service as per hotel’s standard
Duties and Responsibilities
•Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant.
•Ensure an inspiring guest experience which meets required hotel’s standards is delivered at all times
•Attend to guest complaints/requests and duly follow up
•Conduct inventory of the restaurant
•Close follow up on maintenance issues
•Ensuring clean and hygienic environment whilst abiding ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
•Utilizes supervisory skills, effective communication, and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
•Responsible for staff development through training and coaching
Profile :-
•At least 3 years experience in a similar managerial position in the Food and Beverage Department.
•Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management specialization in Food and Beverage or any equivalent qualification(s)
•Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage service.
•Customer-Oriented with excellent communication skills (both French and English)
•Extrovert and outgoing personality
•Good leadership skills
•Strong coaching skills
