In this RTR Coordinator position

• You will build strong, trusting relationships with DPDHL managers and address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
• You will adherence to set standards and compliance requirements - Ensure compliance with MOM (MEA Operating Model), DP DHL financial and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS), and local statutory requirements and ensure implementation of DGF’s iCON (internal control) is adhered to.
• You will closely monitor high risk balance sheet accounts and escalate to Stakeholders in a timely manner and assist in regular balance sheet reviews with respective entities.
• You will take full ownership of the country assigned, generate daily and ad hoc reports, and reconciles Balance Sheet accounts.
• You will perform all other RTR tasks in day-to-day activities and reporting and assist with any ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the department as required.
• You will Performs specific month-end and year end closing activities related to RTR and Crest Reporting.

Now, here’s what we need from you.

• A university Degree in accounting/finance or ACCA Qualified
• At least 2 years’ experience or more in Accounting Department
• Trained on Accounting System Reporting – Crest Reporting
• Advance Microsoft Training on Excel and Word and very strong accounting literacy
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
