Role:Quality Assurance Engineer

Location:Ebene, Mauritius

Mode of Work:Hybrid (Mix of Office and Work from Home)

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (Transport facilities provided)

Your Mission

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Aryza, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements, creating comprehensive test plans, and executing testing activities to maintain the integrity and reliability of our software offerings.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to validate software functionality.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and validate bug fixes.
• Develop and apply testing processes for both new and existing products, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements and validate software solutions

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
