Quality Assurance Coordinator - Trou Aux Biches Beachcomber

Main responsibilities:

• Support administratively the QAM/QAE.
• Support QAM/QAE with quality tasks and projects.
• Maintain a strong presence ‘On the Floor’, ensuring adherence to the standard of Beauty & Kindness and proper monitoring of guest feedback
• Working in close collaboration with Group Operational Excellence/ Risk & Compliance Team, Learning & Development team, the hotel HOD’s and the General Manager.
• Maintain quality standards of operations.
• Performs Quality checks, audits, and reports.
• Provides support in the follow up of Health Safety and Food Safety standards issues, including handling of incidents.
• Implements quality strategies following results of in-house audits, Head office announced audits and mystery audits.
• Provides feedback on the areas of service which requires attention.
• Provides support to ensure a safe & healthy working environment.

Qualifications and profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in food safety or any other equivalent qualifications or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or any other equivalent qualifications
• Holder of a Diploma in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
• Working experience of at least two years in hospitality or related function with a strong service culture knowledge.
• Knowledge of quality terms and concepts would be an advantage.
• Proficient in English and French, spoken and written.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good time management, very organised and detailed person.
• Able to demonstrate behaviours that are in line with Beachcomber Core Values and the Beachcomber Way
• The following qualifications would be a definite advantage.
