Merchandiser

Maxiwear Ltd is a fast growing and dynamic company. We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to join our team with a rewarding package available for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Product development and sampling
• Prepare costing sheets
• Lab dip follow-ups
• Ordering and allocation of fabrics and trims for bulk production
• Internal and external communication
• Prepare internal order sheets
• Conduct pre-production meeting and assist production when required
• Production follow-ups
• Ensure product quality meet customer’s expectation and standards
• Provide shipping instructions and ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with customers and provide regular updates on order
• Provide ongoing feedback to Management
• Ensure good documentation and record keeping

Experience / Skills

• Minimum SC or equivalent certificate
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/French)
• Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Technical knowledge of knitted fabrics and production process is essential
