Manager Credit & Operations

Cim Finance Ltd is looking for a Manager Credit & Operations.

Job Purpose

Manage the daily processing of credit applications and ensure an efficient process flow, and the management and supervision of subordinates in an effective manner.   

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the strategy development for an effective and efficient process flow within the department

• Prepare and review credit papers with a clear and consistent approach to mitigate risks

• Prepare and review legal and security documentation for approved credit facilities

• Follow up and liaise with property valuers/surveyors, notaries, search officers, the regulators, auditors, Registrar office, legal advisers and other stakeholders

• Ensure perfection of legal and security documentation, and that all conditions precedents have been met prior to disbursement/signing of sales deed, etc

• Ensure timely follow up on renewal of documentation, including any conditions subsequent

• Assist in the regular credit reviews of credit facilities granted

Candidate's Profile

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and applicable databases
• Ability to work with large databases and datasets for extraction, conversion into useful business information, and analytical purposes
• Ability to solve problems using deductive and inductive reasoning and see tasks through to completion with minimal guidance
• Strong critical thinking, appropriate judgment, and logical decision-making skills
• Experience in Credit Risk & Administration, and good knowledge of legal and security documentation.
