The Learning Culture Lead will serve as the visionary architect behind our commitment to a vibrant learning culture at Orange Business. This role is instrumental in crafting and communicating a compelling narrative that brings our learning function, PEG, to life.

 

The Learning Culture Lead will serve as the visionary architect behind our commitment to a vibrant learning culture at Orange Business. This role is instrumental in crafting and communicating a compelling narrative that brings our learning function, to life. With a keen focus on employee-centricity, this role will lead the charge in shaping our learning brand and communication strategy. Through engaging content creation, fostering community exchange, and promoting a growth mindset, they will connect our employees to the wealth of knowledge and skills within our organization.

 

Main activities

  • Vision: Develop a dynamic brand vision that embodies our commitment to employee development, the 70-20-10 learning model, and our overarching learning culture.
  • Visual Identity: Create and maintain a consistent and visually appealing, including logos, color schemes, and design elements.
  • Communication Strategy: Craft comprehensive communication strategies that effectively convey our learning culture, skills-focused organization, and growth mindset principles.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, email campaigns, video campaigns, posters, kakemonos for events, testimonials from certification completers, "how-to" videos, and any other learning-related materials.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community exchange among our employees, promoting the sharing of knowledge and skills through various channels.
  • ROI Focus: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of our learning initiatives and ensure that the learning function aligns with our ROI mindset.
  • Simplicity and Proactivity: Promote simplicity in our communication methods and proactively seek opportunities to enhance our learning culture.

Required profile.


An accomplished profile in Learning and Development to spearhead our learning identity and communication efforts. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience and global perspective to champion our learning culture, implement innovative strategies, and navigate the complexities of our organizational structure. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in managing customer expectations and collaborating with stakeholders across the company.
