INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Delivery optimisation

• Assess and review  delivery process for improvement and optimisation;
• Review the warehouse storage and display to improve the positioning  of the products to facilitate delivery;
• Organise and plan  the deliveries of J&B in an effective and efficient manner for customer satisfaction;

Stock Control

• Conduct regular stock control to reconcile any discrepancies in inventory and report to Manager of any irregularities and damaged products;
• Monitor and maintain current inventory level and advise the Manager regarding orders to ensure availability of stock;
• Ensure the maintenance of the inventory system and performs physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count with the system;
• Inform the warehouse about the day to day orders for planification and organisation of work.

Admin

• Analyse stock, inventory reports and order patterns to order stock on a timely basis;
• Follow up the shipments for proper planning and organisation of the deliveries of the containers (Inform the warehouse to prepare space)

Quality Audit

• Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory and report findings and recommendations to the Manager for approval and actions.
• Perform  periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits for control purposes.
• Analyse and review the warehouse processes to identify and resolve issues;
