Hardy Henry Services Ltée is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join the team

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow up & Cancellation of contracts
  • Amendment & Renewal of existing contracts
  • Ability to resolve complaint in a professional and timely manner
  • Build up customer relationship & ensure customer satisfaction
  • Offer full range of the highest quality of customer service by handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, e-mail and fax by being accurate, polite & competent.
  • Schedule appointments and make follow up
  • Understand, meet and exceed targets set by your manager for different clients / projects.
  • To be proactive and anticipate customer needs
  • Back-office tasks such as data entry which should be made precisely without any mistake.
  • Providing comprehensive reporting and data analysis to highlight useful information and support decision making.
  • Identify opportunities for potential cross selling and upselling
  • Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolutions
Profile, Skills & Competencies:
  • Higher School Certificate
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools (exel, word, powerpoint)
  • Must be customer- oriented – both external and internal customers.
  • Effective time management skills
  • Organisation and Planning Skills
  • Have integrity and be reliable
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Problem solving/solution driven
  • Sense of confidentiality
  • Work team spirit
  • Be Proactive
