Customer Service Agents - French Campaigns (international)

RESPONSIBILITIES To provide service over the phone or any other communications means in inbound and outbound mode of operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide service over the phone or any other communications means in inbound and outbound mode of operations, arrange appointments, purchase, sales, loyalty, retention, recovery ensuring a high level of empathy and quality care is provided at all times and in compliance to Service Level Agreements agreed with customers.
EXPERIENCE
- SC/ HSC
- Fluent in French Language - written and spoken
- Pleasant personality and telephone manners
- Good Listening Skills
- 1-3 years' experience in call handling
- Available to work at irregular hours and on night shift
- Knowledge in selling techniques an advantage
