BARTENDERS

The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of BARTENDERS for our outlets at TRIBECA MALL at TRIANON.

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Prepare alcoholic or non- alcoholic and cold or hot beverages according to the our brand standards.
• Maintain an appealing display and "mise en place" of the outlet(s).
• Assist Guests with their requests and orders.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• National Certificate Level 3 in Bar Operations or equivalent qualifications.
• Recognised Apprenticeship will be a definite advantage.
  
  

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in similar position  in a 4 or 5 star resort.

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong ability to work as a team player.
• Good communication skills in both English and French languages.
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends and public holidays. 
• Valid Food Handlers’ Certificate.
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
