DESCRIPTION
One of our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.

The Candidate will provide comprehensive personal, secretarial and administrative support.

Duties:
- Reception Service, picking up and communicating messages
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients
- Create and maintin proper filing systems
- Prepare dispatch of letters, reports and other documents
- Word processing/typing of letters, reports
- Make appointments, organise meetings, liaising with internal//external contacts.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
The ideal candidate should posess:
- HSC and/or Secretarial studies
- Excellent client service, communication and organisation skills
- Experience as a Receptionist
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Fluent in English and French
- Min. 3 years experience
- Honest, Hardworking and willing to play an important role - part of the proper functioning of the office.
- Should be well presented and contibute to team atmosphere.
