Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify delivery orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Create sales and transfer orders in the system.
- Raise purchase order (PO) requests in line with operational requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Receive and verify goods from suppliers against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Ensure proper inter-site stock transfers.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain proper filing of documents.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to monitor product expiry.
- Prepare daily operational and transaction reports for management meetings.
Qualification and Profile:
- Minimum HSC qualification or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field will be an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of order processing, stock handling, and documentation procedures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (D365).
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, and able to work independently and within a team.
