Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify delivery orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create sales and transfer orders in the system.
  • Raise purchase order (PO) requests in line with operational requirements.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Receive and verify goods from suppliers against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Ensure proper inter-site stock transfers.
  • Reconcile invoices and maintain proper filing of documents.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Department to monitor product expiry.
  • Prepare daily operational and transaction reports for management meetings.

Qualification and Profile:

  • Minimum HSC qualification or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of order processing, stock handling, and documentation procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (D365).
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, and able to work independently and within a team.
