Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a primary resource for employees and Head of Departments’ queries, to ensure cross-functional collaboration and align HR strategies with their regional business needs
  • Lead and support the implementation of Group HR projects across regional companies
  • Draft HR policies, procedures and practices, and ensure alignment with the Local Labour Laws of each region
  • Implementoverall compensation and benefits policies, respond to queries, and oversee the processing of payroll in line with local regulations and tax laws
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from the onboarding, the journey, to the offboarding of employees
  • Determine and address Manpower needs with HODs and perform advertising, screening, interviews and selection process
  • Manage company reward and recognition processes, and support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Gather and consolidate Audit Reports, HR Metrix and KPIs, and prepare HR Budgets
  • Conduct Talent Review exercise in order todevelop the yearly Learning & Development plan
  • Coordinate departmental meetings and any other communication channels in order toenhance employer branding and visibility
Qualification and Profile
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good comprehension of Labour Laws
  • Ability to show leadership and management skills when interacting
  • Microsoft tools conversant
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Dynamic, detail-conscious, with a high level of integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills will be required
