Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Design, install, configure and maintain professional audio systems for studios, stadiums and live events.

✔ Operate and mix live broadcast audio ensuring high-quality sound.

✔ Manage microphones, wireless systems, IFB, intercom and communication systems.

✔ Configure DSP, audio consoles, amplifiers and loudspeaker systems.

✔ Perform RF frequency coordination and resolve interference issues.

✔ Support live productions and ensure seamless audio performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Audio Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in broadcast, live events, stadium sound or professional audio systems.
  • Good knowledge of digital mixing consoles, DSP, wireless systems, audio networking (Dante/AES67).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

  • Experience in TV broadcasting and Outside Broadcast (OB) production.
  • Sports or horse racing event experience.
  • Stadium PA system installation and commissioning.
  • RF frequency coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of intercom and communication systems.
  • Experience with IP-based audio workflows.
  • Familiarity with audio-over-IP technologies and broadcast standards.
