Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Design, install, configure and maintain professional audio systems for studios, stadiums and live events.
✔ Operate and mix live broadcast audio ensuring high-quality sound.
✔ Manage microphones, wireless systems, IFB, intercom and communication systems.
✔ Configure DSP, audio consoles, amplifiers and loudspeaker systems.
✔ Perform RF frequency coordination and resolve interference issues.
✔ Support live productions and ensure seamless audio performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Audio Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in broadcast, live events, stadium sound or professional audio systems.
- Good knowledge of digital mixing consoles, DSP, wireless systems, audio networking (Dante/AES67).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in TV broadcasting and Outside Broadcast (OB) production.
- Sports or horse racing event experience.
- Stadium PA system installation and commissioning.
- RF frequency coordination experience.
- Knowledge of intercom and communication systems.
- Experience with IP-based audio workflows.
- Familiarity with audio-over-IP technologies and broadcast standards.
