Responsibilities and Duties

• Pick up orders or packages from the designated locations
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with the logistic team
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and payments received
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
• Daily Cleaning, washing, and proper maintenance of the company vehicle
• Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
• Follow traffic laws and road regulations
• Inspect delivery vehicle and ensure the safety of the fragile packages
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers’ questions and handling complaints about deliveries
• Document every pickup and drop-off accurately and report any discrepancies

Additional Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license/learners for motocycle and a clean driving record (for Motorcycle 125 cc)
• Can do attitudes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages as required
