APDI began this business journey by offering IBM Technical Support Services in 26 African countries including the Indian Ocean Islands via the TLS (IBM Technology Lifecycle Services agreement) contracts and have only picked up the pace since then. Our next major business expansion came when we became Lenovo inside sales arm for DCG services, as it not only came with a number of new opportunities but new territories as well.
We are authorised to sell and operate Lenovo part number services and LSA (Lenovo Service Agreement) contracts within the African continent and the Middle East and, through extensive dedication and effort, we were awarded the rights to enter the Pakistani and Turkish markets as well.
