As the Villa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our exclusive villas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

 

Job Description 

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Lead and inspire a team of villa staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and delivering personalised experiences
  • Oversee villa inventory, budgets, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the resort
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for villa operations
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance villa services and increase revenue

 Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in luxury villa management or high-end hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and training
  • Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in hospitality management systems and financial management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant hospitality certifications (e.g., Hotel Management Diploma) are advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Experience in villa operations and maintenance
