Valet / Maid

The Valet / Maid maintains the cleanliness of the Guests' rooms, stairs, terrace and pantries.

• Cleans guestrooms 
• Making beds
• Replacing dirty linens and towels
• Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses and note pads
• Removing garbage, recycling and room service trays
• Organising and stocking housekeeping carts
• Notifying the maintenance department about broken appliances, old light bulbs or damage
• Upholding the hotel's confidentiality and security standards
• Respecting 'do not disturb' signs and guest's privacy
• Following the schedule of 'deep cleaning' and/or 'special tasks', set up by the Line Supervisor
