Azure Outsourcing Services is currently recruiting, on behalf of Deco B, a self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Technico-Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Generate leads through architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Recommend suitable blind systems and automation options.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals profitably.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure product feasibility and accurate measurements.
- Provide technical clarifications and after-sales support to clients.
- Stay updated on product specifications, materials, and installation methods.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM data, and pipeline forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma Sales or any equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in techno-commercial sales in a similar environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Customer-focused with good relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
