Neutratech Mauritius is hiring a Tele Operator for its Sales department.

MAIN FUNCTION:

To ensure a premium service to our customers and a smooth, accurate and timely flow of communication between customers and sales Departement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To undertake an efficient and personalized calls as per established standards

• To deal promptly and efficiently with customer queries.

• To coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that the work delivery standard corresponds to the sales expectations

• To perform phones targets to the sales departement with a minimum of outgoing calls per day.

• To maintain a systematic and efficient follow-up on customers campigns on a daily basics.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•  SC

• At least 2 years’ experience in telemarketing

• Able to be attentive and give specail care to our customers(Futur)
