Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist will overview the Spa area and be responsible for welcoming the guests

- Take bookings of spa treatments and other spa facilities

- Billings

- Handl guest queries

- Coordinate between allied departments

- Ensure optimum guest satisfaction

The spa forms part of the leading Spas of the world and the receptionist has an important role to play. This position reports to the Spa Manager and we propose a very interesting package to the incumbant.
