Follow alcohol service procedures (e.g., TIPs, CARE).
Communicate guest dietary needs to the kitchen accurately.
Monitor dining room availability and guest safety.
Report incidents/accidents promptly and maintain documentation.
Complete inventory checks and requisition supplies.
Ensure temperature and food safety compliance (e.g., HACCP).
Maintain and update wine lists and POS system (MICROS).
Pair wines with food offerings and educate staff accordingly.
Conduct wine tastings and manage wine cellar inventory.
Monitor cost controls and suggest new products.
Collaborate with vendors and organize wine promotions.
Ensure proper wine service techniques (e.g., decanting, glassware).
Set up and check bar inventory and quality.
Follow all legal requirements for alcohol service.
Secure and store beverages and supplies at end of shift.
Maintain accurate spill logs and transfer slips.
Serve food and beverages in line with QA standards and service procedures.
Use suggestive selling techniques and upsell when appropriate.
Check in with guests throughout service for satisfaction.
Experience: Min of 2 years in a related work experience
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required
