As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT, you’ll be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level IT roles.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates in Software development, cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, and other critical tech domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technical roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Manage and maintain talent pipelines through ATS and CRM tools
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit
- Promote employer brand through online and offline channels
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to improve recruitment KPIs
- Stay current on market trends and competitor hiring strategies
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT/Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, and IT leadership
- Strong understanding of technical skills, stacks, and IT hiring trends
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g SmartRecruiters), and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
