Senior Manager – Compliance Services (UAE)

DTOS is expanding its presence in the Middle East and is seeking a Senior Manager – Compliance Services to lead the growth and commercial development of its outsourced compliance solutions in DIFC and ADGM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through the sale and expansion of DTOS outsourced compliance and advisory services.
• Build and nurture relationships with law firms, consultants, and financial institutions in the DIFC and ADGM.
• Develop and refine compliance service packages, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) on UAE compliance and AML/CFT trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in compliance or financial services, including 5+ years in commercial or client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of DFSA and FSRA regulatory frameworks and market expectations.
• Proven success in revenue generation, business development, and client management.
