Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly calendar  with the delivery dates of the information required for each of the financial scenarios to meet the Group's delivery dates.
  • Plan the meetings with the teams of each country to analyze the reports  to understand the main variances in the Region
  • Prepare reports for each financial scenario in order to explain the variations between scenarios in each country.                  
  • Prepare the DECK with the Financial Department to show the variances between scenarios for the Region and any other relevant information on projects
  • Prepares/Sends to R2R the reports to upload the monthly balances of Current to HFM (HFM Local Schedules) of the entities under their responsibility to promote said financial scenario in the financial system, complying with the deadlines established by the Group.                                                                         
  • Coordinates and completes the monthly, quarterly and year-end tasks in accordance with the operating indicators defined in the department and the organization.          
  • Consolidate the Budget and/or Forecast (Capex, Personnel and Administrative Expenses) at the level of reports, analysis and load in the HFM system in accordance with the requirements of each financial scenario for each of the entities under its jurisdiction. post.
  • Prepares or collaborate in the Budget and/or Forecast process (Capex, Personnel and Administrative Expenses) at the level of reports, analysis and load in the HFM system in accordance with the requirements of each financial scenario for each of the entities under its jurisdiction. post.
  • Prepares and loads into the accounting system the highly complex journal entries in accordance with the requirements received for each of the entities in charge in order to comply with the closing dates of the Group.
  • Resolves, investigates, and proposes solutions, as necessary, to the ad-hoc queries of the SSCs/Agencies related to the entities under their responsibility in the different financial scenarios to achieve compliance with the deadlines established for each process.
  • Supports the internal or external audit processes of the entities under his/her responsibility, complying with the requested delivery dates (includes FMC and CSR).  
  • Escalates issues and deviations from the standard process to management.
  • Identifies opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of processes related to the department to establish new strategies and apply best practices.
  • Creates and updates the manuals of the processes in charge.
  • Initiates one-on-one discussions with the supervisor. 
  • Participates in special projects and other initiatives required by the organization.
  • Eg. Migrations, systems implementation, support to other regions and/or partners, others.

     

  Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or Finance
  • Very good English - B2 /C1
  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience in similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills (mainly Excel)
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
